Galina V. Kirsanova is an associate professor at the Foreign Languages Department of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. She has worked as an English teacher at Bauman for more than twenty years teaching both hearing, deaf and hard-of-hearing students. She is head of the Radio Electronics Section of the department. In teaching deaf students, she is currently using the facilities of the multimedia laboratory, which was opened at Bauman University as part of the PEN-International program.
